Il ├ętait une fois un cidre…….once upon a time there were orchards in the French Ardennes. Woodland replaced fruit trees in this region that suffers most from the rural exodus in France. Some young cidermakers stood up, revived the orchards and brought back a cider tradition in a region you don’t expect to find it: Cidre Wignac. It seems like they get help from a female fox and rabbit…..does the fox ring a bell? Well, we are curious to have them next Saturday at Cider Festival!
