These guys use apples from old orchards. They just do how to do it: far away from laptops, they smell…..smell again, and harvest and collect the apples, crush and squeeze them, and ferment the juice. Due to the ratio in apple varieties and the type of yeast that they choose, their unique taste is created: spontaneously proper. Once they thought cider was for old people (‘ouwelullendrankje’)…they now know better.
